It is a tricky thing to write a paragraph about yourself.

I am an electrical engineer by education, and have been working in research and development of cellular radio, and long haul optical fibre solutions for the better of three decades. I truly enjoy the people I have been able to work with over the years.

My interest in astronomy has been always been as a hobby and I enjoy the challenge of building and maintaining a permanent observatory. I enjoy all aspects, from construction, electronics projects, programming ASCOM / Python and automation, image processing and publishing.

I try to bring an aspect of “how it works” and physics to the hobby.
